Individual Coaching is conducted over the phone or Zoom, solely depended on your needs. This allows you to take the call where it’s most convenient for you, and allows me to meet you where you are. We’ll create a personalized plan and provide homework and tools specific to the life you’re seeking.
Group Coaching is offered 2x’s per year. It’s a small group in a virtual setting where we dive into topics, gain a community and tangible tools, and propel your life forward.
